Youth App Guide

On your iPhone, open the App Store and search for "Holy Trinity San Francisco". Tap Get to download and install the app.

You can also use the app in any web browser on a phone, tablet, or computer — just visit the parish app link.

Open the app and tap Sign In. If you're new, choose Create an account and enter your name, email, and a password.

Check your email for a verification link and tap it to confirm your account. Then return to the app and sign in with your email and password.

At the bottom of the screen, tap the Youth icon (graduation cap). This is your home base for all youth ministry features.

You'll see announcements at the top, and three tabs below: Registration, Sunday School, and Greek Dance.

Tap the Registration tab. If you haven't registered yet, you'll see a form to get started.

Your name and email are pre-filled. Enter your phone number so the parish can reach you.

For each child, enter their:

• First and last name
• Date of birth
• Current grade
• Activities — select Sunday School, Greek School, and/or Greek Dance
• Allergies or health conditions (optional but important)

To add more than one child, tap + Add Another Child.

Tap Submit Registration. You'll see a confirmation screen listing all your registered children.

Tap Done to return to your family's registration profile.

On your Registration profile, tap My Children's Attendance to expand the section.

You'll see attendance records for each child organized by session date, showing whether they were Present, Absent, or Excused.

If your child is registered for Greek Dance, you'll see a My Resources section on your registration profile.

Tap it to expand and access videos, audio recordings, and lyric sheets uploaded by the dance instructors — specific to your child's group.

Children are automatically placed in a group based on grade:

Tap the Sunday School tab to browse lesson plans uploaded by teachers.

Each entry shows the class level, date, and title. Tap any lesson with an attached file to open and read it.

Youth announcements appear at the top of the Youth page. Tap any announcement to expand and read the full message.

Announcements may include photos and updates from youth events, camp information, and upcoming activities.
